Terms of Service

Xtream FM Stories sells access to pre-recorded audio stories. A purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to listen to that story for your own enjoyment. It does not transfer ownership or any right to redistribute, resell, broadcast or re-upload the recording.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access to it.

You must provide accurate information when registering. We may suspend accounts that are used to share purchased content with people who have not paid for it.

Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card details. Prices are shown before you confirm.

A story purchase is charged once and is yours to keep. Subscription plans are charged once per period and do not renew automatically — when a plan ends, it simply stops, and nothing further is taken.

Once payment is confirmed, the episodes you bought are delivered to you on Telegram by our delivery bot, one file at a time. We do not send channel invitation links: a channel holds every episode of a series, and you receive exactly the episodes you paid for. Delivery normally begins within minutes of opening the bot; if something does not arrive, contact us with your transaction ID and we will finish it by hand.

A subscription plan is activated by our team once you tell us which series you have chosen. Message us on Telegram with the date you paid.

You may not copy, share, sell or publicly perform any story you purchase. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, scrape the catalogue, or interfere with other customers.

We aim to keep the service running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Stories may occasionally be withdrawn from sale; purchases made before a withdrawal remain accessible to you.
